Edgars holds a Master’s degree in Management of Information Technology from Riga Technical University. He has more than 10 years of international managerial experience. Edgars have held various senior operations roles in Evolution Gaming and Linedata (both providing industry award winning services) - Head of Latvia operations, Head of EMEA customer service, Asia-pacific pre-sales. Before taking Mogo group's CEO position, Edgars held the Chief Operating Officers position for 2 years.

Maris Kreics
Chief Financial Officer

Maris holds a Master’s degree in Finance from BA School of Business and Finance. Most recently he spent 2 years in a corporate finance role working for the biggest telecommunications service company in Latvia – Lattelecom. Before that he spent 7 years in PwC. Two of them in New York, working exclusively on one of the largest (top 5 by market capitalization) S&P 500 Tech company’s lead audit team, which was responsible for managing other audit teams globally. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the global body for professional accountants ACCA.

Aleksandrs Cernagins
Country Manager, Latvia

Aleksandrs holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from BA School of Business and Finance. He has an extensive experience in sales and marketing with 11 years of insurance and banking background, working for such banks as GE Money and Citadele Bank (previously – Parex Bank), and managing the Sales Development department in one of the biggest insurance companies in Latvia – BALTA, where he succesfully led sales strategy, planning, management and development.

Modestas Sudnius
Country Manager, Lithuania

A graduate of Stockholm School of Economics, Modestas Sudnius has been the Country Manager in Lithuania since September 2013. Modestas has several years’ experience in financial assurance and project management in companies such as Ernst & Young and EPS LT.

Martin Hoolma
Country Manager, Estonia

Country Manager in Estonia since June 2017, COO in Estonia since March 2015, Martin Hoolma is also a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Previously he has worked as a business development manager at Trigon Capital, the largest independent investment bank in the Baltic region.

George Makaridze
Country Manager, Georgia

Country Manager in Georgia since March 2014, has brought a great deal of experience in finances and management to Mogo, his previous positions including Head of Private Banking at Bank Republic Société Générale Group in Tbilisi and Deputy Head of International Business at Bank of Georgia (Tbilisi, Tel-Aviv, Dubai). George holds MBA degree from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain.

Marek Kucharski
Country Manager, Poland

Country Manager in Poland since December 2015, a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics. He has more than 15 years of managerial experience, working for such financial institutions as Citigroup, UniCredit, Volkswagen Financial Services. Formerly he was the CEO of DnB NORD Leasing and co-founder and CEO of short-term cash loans company.

Dorin Dragomirescu
Country Manager, Romania

Country Manager in Romania since April 2016, Dorin holds an Executive MBA in management from ASEBUSS & Kennesaw School of business. He has an extensive experience in financial industry with over 19 years spent in various Commercial and Operational positions in Corporate and Retail Banking. Most recently Dorin held the position of Chief Operating Officer at ING Bank Bucharest, one of the leading innovative banks in Romania.

Emil Valkanov
Country Manager, Bulgaria

Emil holds a Master’s Degree in International Business and Finance from Maastricht University, the Netherlands. He has more than 12 years of experience in financial services. Most recently, he held the positions of Deputy General Manager and Director of Risk Management in one of the largest leasing companies in Bulgaria – Interlease EAD, member of National Bank of Greece Group. For a period of time, he served as Interim CEO of NBG Leasing IFN – the Romanian leasing subsidiary of the Group. Emil is a CFA Charterholder and a member of CFA Institute, USA.
